Consumer Scholarships to GAINS Conference Available A limited number of scholarships are available for consumers to attend the 2008 CMHS National GAINS Center Conference in Washington D.C. in March. Application deadline is January 15 and is available at the Mental Health Transformation Project web site at www.mhtransformation.wa.gov. These scholarships are intended for individuals who have a history of contact with the justice system and who consider themselves as consumers of mental health and substance abuse services.
