Tri-Cities at NAMI Walk 2008
The Fourth Annual NAMI Walk
in Washington is Saturday, May 10 in Seattle. NAMI Walk 2008 is a 5
kilometer walk in beautiful Magnuson Park at Sand Point. Tri-Cities
Walk Teams are forming and will be gathering online donations.
NAMI Walks for the Mind
of America is an annual event in more than 60 locations around the
nation. The event raises awareness on mental illness, how to fight
the stigma of mental illness, and how to encourage people to get the
treatment they need. The walk is also a fundraiser to expand NAMI's
